All my shipments are carefully packed. Thankfully nothing has gone missing or been damaged yet, but of course this can happen! Items shipped with tracking and insurance can be claimed from the carrier if lost or damaged. Items shipped without tracking or insurance will not be refunded if they are damaged or go missing.
